Cafes are good; it's much different. Since I started working I was feeling good because I wasn't cooped up inside. I was looking forward to a good day's work and learning new skills. I was helping the chefs out if things needed doing, and it's really good because it's a different atmosphere and the other staff are friendly.
So yeah, I may be part of the team — it's a good job. I'm doing something for two days a week, sometimes one day, sometimes four days, with Monday off. I'm quite happy with my job. It gives me opportunity to get out and sometimes I get freebies. I come to work and have good days; it's helpful to look back on your day and say, "God, I did that." I feel proud.
It's enjoyable because you meet new people. I feel glad and I don't have to have the stress at home and lie to people all the time. The job's been really good to people like us — people with learning difficulties, people with a disability, people with family illness.
